From the airport: easiest way is by taxi (25,00€); bus A3247 (1.50€) to the last stop (Plaza Moyua) at 200 m. from hotel. By car : highway exit: Bilbao Sagrado Corazon, right on the the circus to enter Gran Via. Fourth turn right will get you to the main entrance.
